Our work begins with a clear understanding of your business goals. Once we start working on your project, we allocate time, tools, and resources to deliver personalized strategies. Because of this, we request that you understand the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing at least 7 days in advance of your next billing cycle or agreed milestone.
This allows us to stop ongoing work, avoid unnecessary charges, and close your account cleanly. For one-time or project-based services:

  • If cancellation is requested before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered.
  • If work has already begun, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund but we will stop all further billing.
  • We believe in fairness, so we try our best to assess each case individually and professionally.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and consultative nature of our services, all sales are generally final. This is because:

  • Time and expertise are invested upfront
  • We may have already delivered part of the work
  • Many services involve non-refundable tools and ad spend

However, in special cases where the service has not yet been used or if there has been a clear mistake on our part, you may request a partial refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to transparency, and we’ll always communicate clearly about your eligibility for any type of refund.

4. Google Ad Spend & Third-Party Tools

Please note that any Google Ads budget or spend is paid directly to Google and is non-refundable by us. The same applies to third-party platforms or tools you choose to use as part of the campaign.

We manage these tools on your behalf, but we do not control or refund payments made to those providers.

We encourage clients to monitor their budgets closely and discuss changes with us if needed.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request
